At IQSYNDICATE, we aim to provide high-quality services and valuable tools through our app "Life Navigator" and related workshops. Please review our refund policy below, which outlines our approach to refunds for services and products provided through the app.

1. App Services and Purchases

Life Navigator offers free access to most of its core features, while certain premium features, such as career consultations or specialized reports, may require payment.

No Refunds on Digital Products and Services

​

Due to the nature of digital content and personalized services offered within the app, all purchases of premium features are non-refundable. Once a digital product, report, or service has been purchased and accessed, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please review any product descriptions, pricing, and service details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Workshops

​

IQSYNDICATE offers Career Planning Workshops which are conducted online and last between 2-4 hours. Given that our workshops are affordably priced and designed to provide value, we do not offer refunds once registration is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Workshop Registration

​

  • All payments made for workshops are final. We do not provide refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the content of the workshop.

  • In case of scheduling conflicts, participants may contact us at least 48 hours in advance to inquire about the possibility of attending a future session, but this is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

3. Subscription Services (If applicable)

If the app offers subscription services in the future, any refund policies for subscriptions will be stated clearly during the sign-up process. Subscription fees will generally be non-refundable, and users will be able to cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

4. Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing a paid feature or completing a workshop, please contact our support team at business@iqsyndicate.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you have access to the purchased services. Refunds for technical issues will be provided on a case-by-case basis, only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
